Sunrise Cleansing Blast

Start your morning right with this wonderful drink which gives you a good dose of antioxidants and alkalizing properties that will help flush toxins out of your body.

Yield 1 serving
  • ½ medium carrot, cut into small pieces
  • ½ medium cucumber, cut into small pieces
  • 2 celery ribs, cut into small pieces
  • 2 romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • some fresh parsley
  • water


  1. Place carrot, cucumber, celery, lettuce, lemon juice, honey and parsley in the tall glass. Add water to max the line. Process in the NutriBullet for 10-12 seconds or until combined well.
  2. Pour in a chilled glass. Garnish with celery sticks or a slice of lemon.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
