Spinach Berry Smoothie Recipe

This berry smoothie recipe is a great way to start your day with. Spinach is packed with iron and fibers and considering that berries are rich in antioxidants, I would say that combined together they do  an excellent job in providing you with the needed nutrients for a whole day ahead.

Total Time 5 minutes
Yield 1 serving
 Ingredients
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh of frozen organic mixed berries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

 

 Directions
  1. Put all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process for 10-20 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy and well blended.
 Tip  Instead of berries, you can use strawberries or blueberries or try a mix of your favorite berries.
