Power Green Smoothie

Another great treats of green blast that will surely flash away the body’s toxins.

Total Time 5 minutes
Yield 1 serving
 Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach lettuce and
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 blueberries
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup water 

 

 Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients for 10 – 15 seconds or until well blended and fluffy.
  2. Served.
 Tip Bananas and lettuce are good for a delicious green smoothies.
