 Ingredients
  • 1 -2 pcs fresh mint leaves or basil
  • 1 carrot
  • 2-3 pcs celery stalks chopped
  • 1 cup apple

 

 Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients 10 -15 minutes.
 Tip You may also add a bit of tangerine to incorporate tropical fruit flavor.
