Fruit And Vegetable Smoothie

Another blasts which Contains powerful vitamins, amino acid,minerals and polynutrients.

Yield 1 serving
  • 1/4 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 2 cups tropical fruit mix (peaches, mango, pineapple, strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds 


  1. Blend all ingredients for 10 – 15 minutes .
  2. Top with sliced almonds.
  3. Served 
 Tip In using tropical fruit mix you can have it as puree instead of buying already made for more natural taste.
