Carrot and Cucumber Juicing Recipe

Carrot is rich in beta-carotene and combined with cucumber it yields not only a healthy and detox juice, but also a rehydrating one. This juicing recipe can be improved with any other fruits you like. Veggies work too, except that the juice is rather sweet.

Yield 1 serving
 Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 small carrots
  • 2 apples
  • juice from 1 orange

 

 Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process for 15-20 seconds or until smooth and well blended.
  2. Pour in glasses and serve fresh. 
 Tip Other fruits can be added, from berries to tropical flavors.
