Apple and Spinach Blast

Although we keep running away from spinach, the truth is it is very healthy and we should consume it at least a few times each month. Adding it into a juice makes it easier to digest and also gives it a better taste since it is being combined with other fruits and veggies, such as apples or celery.

Yield 1 serving
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 4 green apples
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Juice from 1 lime
  •  1 teaspoon lime zest
  •  1/2 cup coconut water 


  1. Put all the ingredients in your Nutribullet and process for 15 to 20 seconds or until smooth and well blended.
  2. Pour in glasses and serve garnished with a lime sliced.
 Tip You can also add 1/2 cup strawberries or other type of berries to improve taste and for additional vitamins and antioxidants.
